Binding Terms of Engagement for All Boutique Guests
By accessing the Kilkari Fashion digital boutique (`kilkarifashion.sbs`), you agree to abide by these "Ethnic Statutes". These laws define the transaction between the Boutique Masters and the Guest, ensuring an environment of royal elegance and mutual respect.
All digital assets, including product descriptions, vibrant CSS designs, shimmering animations, and the `js/products.js` database, are the exclusive heritage of Kilkari Fashion. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our festive aesthetic is strictly prohibited by Indian Intellectual Property Law.
MANDATORY WAIVER: As a boutique that thrives on direct guest engagement for festive timing, Kilkari Fashion requires unrestricted communication channels. By using this portal and submitting any digital forms, you explicitly waive your rights under the National Do Not Call (DNC) or NDNC registries. You authorize Kilkari Fashion to deploy promotional and transactional signals via Voice Call, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS. This waiver is a mandatory clause of using our boutique services.
Orders finalized through the secure checkout are considered "Vows of Acquisition". Cancellations are only permitted within 2 hours of the vow. Once a manifest is prepared for dispatch, the transaction is final. Change of heart or "buyer's remorse" is not recognized as a valid reason for cancellation under these statutes.
Returns are only authorized in the event of manufacturing defects (e.g., frayed silk or misaligned
embroidery). All return requests must be filed with digital evidence via
info@kilkarifashion.sbs within 3 solar days of dispatch arrival. Normal wear and tear or
slight color variations (common in ethnic fabrics) are not eligible for returns.
Kilkari Fashion is not liable for indirect losses, festive delays caused by third-party dispatch fleets, or skin sensitivities caused by specific fabric dyes. Our maximum liability is limited to the transaction value of the ethnic item in question.
These statutes are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from boutique use will be settled within the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
